Discover individualized care…

the way it is supposed to be

Connecting you with us

Your Goals

We will ensure that you are heard and that your goals are accounted for as we craft a program to meet your unique needs.

Your plan

The foundation is around our initial consultation which focuses on a thorough history and investigation into the root causes of your condition. Subsequent visits seek to confirm or reject the initial hypothesis and build a program with the appropriate corrective exercises and manual therapy that will optimize function.

Your Future

Our commitment is to be your partner for musculoskeletal health for years to come.  Our goal is to create an experience where you never question who to call should another need arise. We also offer programming to assist in the maintenance of your restored function.

FAQs

How long is a typical appointment?

Each patient will receive a program tailored to their unique case. As such, each session will vary. On average an individual can expect to be in the clinic for 60-70 minutes. We never treat to a time, and we will build a comprehensive program that encompasses all you need to achieve your goals.

Do I need a referral?

No! We have Direct Access licensure which allows us to treat you without a script from a physician. With that said, we greatly value our physician relationships and seek to work collaboratively with your care team. If you have a federally funded insurance (Medicare, Tricare, Medicaid, etc) then those insurances do require a physician referral.

What must I bring for my first visit?

Please wear comfortable clothing which will allow you to move and allow us to thoroughly assess your condition. Additionally, please bring your insurance card, photo ID and your referral (if you have one). Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time to complete paperwork so we can begin promptly!

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located on South Spruce Street, just a few buildings down from Rt 230 off the Rheems/Etown exit of Rt 283. We are approximately 20 minutes from the Belmont Shopping Center on Fruitville Pike and just 15 minutes from Spooky Nook Sports! Easy access to Lancaster, Manheim, Mount Joy and Landisville along with Hershey and Middletown!

Where do I park?

We have a parking lot adjacent to our building that you are welcome to park in. Additionally, there is on-street parking with access immediately to the wheelchair accessible ramp.

Do you take my insurance?

We are credentialed with many insurance plans. Please call into the clinic to determine whether we work specifically with your plan. We have self pay rates available as well and will happily work with each individual to make sure they can reach their goals with a program that they can afford.
